Return and Refund Policy

No returns accepted without prior approval. Email MontanaFaceters@Gmail.com with details to discuss a RGA.
Items returned "Refused" will incur a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Authorized returns subject to a 25% restock fee.
Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
Reason for return request must be stated in your email along with your name, contact information and item number
In most cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs, insurance and loss in transit.
If approved, RGA authorization number and your name must be clearly included with the shipment.
Process of refund will either be by store credit or original method of payment.
Authorized returns will generally be processed in 7 business days.

Terms and Conditions

We do our very best to describe all items for sale accurately and honestly. Our gems are photographed under 40x magnification so you can see the internal structures. Photos are taken under a combination of natural, fluorescent, and led lighting.

Description weights and sizes are approximate and stated for reference. Our items are sold buy the each or set and not by weight. Colors are our opinion and can vary with lighting. The photography is very challenging and we do our best but the photos are generally lighter in color than in hand. As such we offer a 3 day inspection period from date of package arrival. After 3 days, all sales final.
